meet the authentic agents behind the course
We’re so glad you’re here.
If you’re like most real estate agents, you have days (months) when you feel duped. You were promised autonomy, freedom, and money—but instead you’ve wound up with anxiety, frustration, and debt.
Sure, you have good days. The problem is, you can’t count on them. And although you’ve tried everything to get ahead, nothing’s working.
It’s not you. It’s the industry.
The truth is, real estate school doesn’t teach you anything about how to run a successful business.
You learn about contracts but not about consulting… about valuations but not about communicating your value… about regulations but not about relationships.
You can be the most winsome human on the planet, but if you don’t know how to go from being personally liked to being professionally trusted, you’ll never get off the roller coaster.
We created Authentic Agent because we got tired of watching good people like you give up. Our industry needs agents who are willing to grow their skills, raise the bar, and become professionals on purpose. Our communities need those agents, too.
We hope you’ll join us.
Owner, BTG Real Estate
After a meteoric rise and catastrophic crash in the house-flipping business, Brandon started his official real estate career in 2009.
Brandon tripled his production in only his second year—from 23 to 75 homes—and he’s never looked back. In 2013, he launched BTG Real Estate and, together with his team, he’s grown the business 40% every year since.
CEO, BTG Real Estate
Originally from New York, Kyle moved to Arizona in 2005 to attend Arizona State University. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Philosophy, he began his real estate career.
Kyle began as a Buyer’s Agent, selling 68 homes in his first year. He’s now been a part of more than 750 real estate transactions.
We know the authentic agent curriculum works –
Because we use it with our own team.
OF TEAM PRODUCTION SINCE 2013
Brandon and Kyle teach a no-bullshit approach to making production and earning trust through authenticity. After putting into practice what I’ve learned from them, I’ve gone from “Maybe real estate isn’t for me,” to out-earning myself year-over-year.
Before I started working with Brandon and Kyle, I lacked consistency in my business, and I was feeling defeated. They encouraged me to be authentic, which created a safe space for me to learn and grow. Now that I have their guidance, I’m able to show up confidently—as myself.
